How This Works

As Certified Muscle System Specialists, we will look at your body differently and create a customized exercise plan based on your issues, needs and objectives. Have you tried just about everything out there, but you still don't feel right? It's time for a new perspective.

Contact

The best way to reach us is by filling out a New Client Inquiry form through our contact page. Or you can call or email us. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days and schedule your initial consultation.

Consultation

The initial consultation is free of charge and will be a 30 minute sit down meeting at our office. The goal of the consultation is to answer your questions in depth and to learn a little more about you and your story.

Training

Each training plan is customized to your specific goals and abilities. You and Austin will develop a program that fits your schedule, challenges your limits, and supports long-term progress. All training plans are reviewed and agreed upon.

The Full Process

A veterinary or physical therapy chart titled "Phase I Mobility Profile" featuring diagrams of a human silhouette with marked points, categories for system action-reaction, posture/injury measurements, and various sections for recording physical therapy details."

Phase 1 Mobility Profile

The Phase 1 Mobility Profile provides a comprehensive set of data that will be used to make educated decisions for your body depending on your goals. Through detailed measurements of range of motion, posture, and positional stability testing, we identify areas of imbalance or restriction that may be contributing to pain or performance limitations. This profile serves as the foundation for your personalized movement plan—helping us understand not just where you’re limited, but why. From here, we create a clear roadmap toward restoring balance, function, and freedom of movement.
